Refund Policy

The short version

Every purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not happy with your profile for any reason, you get a full refund.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your delivery email and say you want a refund, or
• Email hello@profiledraft.net from the address you used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of your request. The money goes back to your original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

If your profile never arrives

Your profile is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. If it has not arrived within 24 hours (check spam first), email hello@profiledraft.net and you will get either your profile or a full refund, your choice.

Revisions are free and do not affect the guarantee

If something in your profile is off, you can reply to your delivery email and request changes at no cost. Asking for a revision never waives or delays your refund window; the 7 days run from the original delivery.
