What we collect

• Intake answers: the information you type into the questionnaire (role, achievements, skills, goals, optional LinkedIn URL).
• Email address: used to deliver your profile and answer support requests.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Free headline tool: if you choose to enter your email there, we store it with your tool inputs so we can send your results.

How it is used

Your intake answers are used for exactly one purpose: drafting and delivering your LinkedIn profile, including the human review step before it ships, and handling any revision or support requests afterward. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Who processes it

Running this service involves a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what they need:

• Stripe processes payment and stores your intake answers as order metadata.
• Anthropic (the AI provider) receives your intake answers to generate the draft.
• Resend sends the delivery and confirmation emails.
• Upstash stores order and delivery records.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides anonymous, cookieless visit analytics.

This site does not use advertising trackers or set marketing cookies.

Emails

Customers receive transactional emails only (order confirmation, delivery, an optional one-time feedback request). Free-tool users who opt in may receive occasional LinkedIn tips; every such email tells you how to unsubscribe, and a reply with the word unsubscribe always works.

Deletion

Email hello@profiledraft.net from the address you used and your stored data (intake answers, order records, subscriber entries) will be deleted within 7 days. Stripe retains payment records as required for financial compliance.
