Privacy Policy
Last updated June 14, 2026
ProfileDraft is a transparency project that publishes the decisions of an automated, paper-traded stock strategy. It is a publisher, not a brokerage or adviser, and it collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains what little it does collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address. Only if you choose to subscribe to trade alerts. We use it to send you the strategy's published moves and the reasoning behind them.
- Anonymous usage analytics. Aggregate page views and traffic sources via privacy-respecting analytics, used to understand what content is useful. No advertising profiles are built.
What we do not collect
- No brokerage accounts, no trading credentials, no financial-account access. The strategy runs on a separate, paper-only account that has nothing to do with you.
- No payment information. ProfileDraft is free while the track record is being built.
- No selling or renting of your data to anyone, ever.
How your email is stored
Subscriber emails are stored with our infrastructure providers (hosting and a managed database) solely to deliver alerts. They are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every alert includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email nicholasminieri@gmail.com at any time to have your address removed. We will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be noted on the site.
